Frequently Asked Questions

What tours do you offer?

We offer a 3 hour island tour, 3 hour sunset cruise, or a 5 hour scalloping charter. Additional time can be added to the tour at the request of the guest by calling our shop phone.

Is gear included?

We have snorkeling gear for adults and children but always recommend bringing yours if you have it.

Is there a cooler onboard?

We provide a cooler with ice and water on the boat. The boat is BYOB and alcohol is permitted on the vessel.

Is there any discounts and what is the cancellation policy?

Military, healthcare, and teachers all receive a 10% discount off the total of the tour cost. We appreciate everything you do for us! Cancellations policy is: Before 48hrs 100% Refund, within 48 hours 50% refund, and within 24 hrs No refund, Change of date has a $100.00 fee. If for whatever reason the captain cancels, full refund will be issued or change of date with no additional fees. If a reschedule is made by the customer and the future trip is cancelled by the customer, there is no refund.

What is the minimum age?

We recommend 7 and over on any tour that involves snorkeling as that will have the best experience for the adults and kids. On public tours, children under 7 will not be permitted but are allowed on private tours.

What do you usually see?

We see native wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, bald-eagles and sea turtles. King’s bay, Crystal River, and the Gulf of Mexico have many different sightseeing adventures for our guests.

What speeds do you travel at?

We have a maximum speed of 35 miles per hour on the vessel and will usually be going slower depending on the day. If there are any mobility restrictions or disabilities, we are more than willing to accommodate.
